CCG began collaboration with BASIS.ed in 2014, serving as their owner representative on more than 20 campuses in Arizona, Texas, Louisiana, and Washington D.C.; overseeing occupied campus tenant improvements and expansions, as well as new site development/ground-up construction. Our most recent project for BASIS was San Antonio’s BASIS Shavano campus which included:
- Administrative Offices, Classrooms and Laboratories
- Gymnasium, Athletic Facilities, and Exterior Playground Facilities
- Black Box Theater
- Multi-Purpose Rooms
- Parking Facilities – Onsite
- Off-site Improvement Coordination, including:
- Wet and Dry Utilities
- Roadway Infrastructure
- Storm-Water Retention Systems
