This $46M mixed-use, urban infill multi-family project was completed in December 2016 in Scottsdale, AZ. The project consisted of two 4-story structures over concrete podium garages and included:

- Commercial live-work space
- Fitness center, pools and various amenities
- Gross rentable square feet of 276,000
