The CCG Team
Tom Chermack, President
During his 25 years of construction / development experience, Tom has guided numerous commercial office, industrial, multi-family / mixed use, retail, educational and religious projects to successful and timely completion, including multiple LEED-certified projects. As President of CCG, Tom is responsible for ensuring his clients’ projects are quality driven, executed at an affordable price and delivered in a reasonable time frame. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from the Del E. Webb School of Construction at Arizona State University.

David R. Mattson, Jr., Senior Vice President
As Senior Vice President, Dave’s role at CCG is to provide direct project oversight to its clients in the areas of program management, pre-construction services and construction management. Prior to CCG, Dave served as President at DR Mattson, Inc. — a family-owned Project Management and Construction Management firm based in Tempe, Arizona. During his 19-year tenure at DRMi, Dave served as Development Manager on various public and private commercial construction projects. Dave graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.

Erin Harper, Senior Project Manager
As a Senior Project Manager, Erin brings 20 years of comprehensive project management experiences to CCG, having worked as a project manager for Motorola, American Express, Honeywell and numerous other corporate space users. Erin’s project experiences ranges from massive ground-up construction projects to modest tenant-improvement remodels. Her attention to detail, leadership skills and commitment to her clients’ success has enabled her to successfully guide projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget and to the clients’ full satisfaction. Erin holds a Master of Science degree in Facilities Management from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from the University of Arizona.

Marc Fleetwood, P.E., MSCE, Senior Project Manager
As Senior Project Manager, Marc’s goal is to exceed client expectations by providing comprehensive owner’s representation services. From conception through completion, Marc strives to keep the client informed in all essential aspects of their project. Before joining the CCG Team, Marc served as a Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Public Health Service providing design, project management and leadership roles in various healthcare and community-based water and sewer infrastructure projects for more than 27 years. Marc is also a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Arizona. Marc holds a master’s degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Idaho and a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Arizona State University.

Ashton Duggins, LEED AP, Project Manager
Ashton brings 14+ years of experience to the CCG team from the multi-family architecture sector of commercial construction. As Project Manager, Ashton thrives in fast-paced, collaborative, multi-tasking construction environments. He is an excellent communicator and problem solver and contributes valuable knowledge and experience in the areas of building codes, accessibility standards and city permitting procedures. Ashton received his undergraduate degree in Architectural Studies from Southern Illinois University.

Brianne “Brie” Proffitt, Project Coordinator
As Project Coordinator, Brianne provides critical accounting and administrative support to all of CCG’s projects. With a keen eye for detail, Brianne ensures that all document control and cost accounting processes are well-defined, organized and streamlined for each assignment. Prior to joining CCG, Brianne gained more than 15 years of administrative and accounting experience in both the real estate and property management industries. She holds multiple certifications, including being a previously licensed real estate agent in the state of Arizona.
